easy check-inperfect locationparking optionsmall roomexpensive pricemattress issue
The location was amazing. It was close to the Enmore Theatre plus many restaurants! Check-in was easy, and I booked parking. I was so happy I did! It took the worry out of it.
The price was not cheap. The first room I had was small! The bed was pushed against the wall and the mattress sank in the middle. After complaining, I was given a better room with access to both sides of the bed.

The location was convenient the price was good.
The staff did not communicate effectively I emailed my flight times and still received a call to confirm my arrival time. I was notified about the complimentary beer after checking out plus it was only one beer per room to share. The housekeeper insisted on mopping up the fridge leak while I was fresh out of the shower.

The location offered easy access to nearby amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful at both arrival and departure. I also liked the complimentary coffee and soft drinks that were available.
My room was quite expensive and the room itself felt rough. Some of the lounge furniture looked like it came from a charity shop. I noticed holes in the wall around the door handles and the floor covering looked old and not clean.
